Amazing customer service and very gracious. We completely forgot about our appointment this morning, called a few minutes after it started to let them know. They waived the late fee and was able to still see us within 30 minutes. Love this place, my son truly enjoys the staff and Dr. Bain.

Wow! This is an amazing dentist office! My 9 YO has a lot of anxiety about visiting the dentist and Mo and all the staff here made her feel comforted and helped her get through her appointment without freaking out. We had a great experience. The staff was very kind and welcoming - everyone from the front check in to the hygienist. They were very patient with my children. Special shout out to Monique, who calmly explained the procedure to my son and demonstrated on his hand for him what would happen in his mouth. He already has anxiety on a normal basis, so this really helped everything go successfully. She was calming to him and helped him through it.

All 3 of my kids have always had a pleasant experience here. For 7 years we have been very glad to have Dr Bain as our pediatric dentist. The staff he has are really great with the kids as well. They always have big smiles and work so hard at making the visit a pleasant experience for each kid. Also, they are just large enough of a practice for me to have all 3 kids seen at once, and that is really nice to be able to get them all done at the same time.
